“Toucans watching us zip thru their jungle”
Reviewed December 21, 2012

Mike and Diego made our zipline canopy tour a fun and fascinating experience. Using our camera, Mike captured the thrill of our flying through the jungle and both guides taught us about the Costa Rican jungle as we walked along the trails - pointing out the walking tree, the water vine, the irridescent dart frog, the sound of the toucans. As I was zipping along on one of the longest of the cables with gorgeous views of the jungle, the river and beyond, I saw two toucans sitting calmly, watching as I flew by. The typical Costa Rican lunch that awaited us after the ziplining was delicious, the ambiance of the jungle setting was perfect. Even if you don't wish to dip into the cold moutain waters, walking to the waterfalls and pools is a wonderful way to end the canopy tour with La Selvita.

“Steeler Nation does the Canopy Zip”
Reviewed December 10, 2012

Mike and the guys at La Selvita de Costa Rica gave our group a great experience. We set up our canopy zip-line tour with La Posada Jungle Hotel and enjoyed our trip from Manual Antonio and our home made breakfast before our tour. We all enjoyed the experience and the awesome views from the lines and the towers. The swim in the natural pool below the waterfall was the best way for finish off the experience. Steeler Nation travels well and finds the very best places for adventures. Thanks to the guides and our new friend Mr. Mike!

What an amazing day. Zip lining was even more exhilarating, fun, and intense than I'd imagined. Gorgeous setting, perfect guides. Made me feel comfortable and safe. Great hike, fantastic waterfall swim at the end. Easily worth the cost. Trip to Costa Rica would not be the same without this.

“Great tour!!”
Reviewed May 13, 2012

I can't say enough about this tour!! First, the guides are great! Thanks Kindle and Snake Man for a great day!! The zip lines are fabulous and the views are terrific. The water fall at the end of this tour is awesome. I have never felt colder water but it was so refreshing after being in the jungle. The breakfast was so good!! Pintos, rice, eggs, and homemade tortillas. They had fresh fruit and drinks after we did the zip lines. This company is top notch and they know how to run a tour!! We will definitely be back!

“Great guides”
Reviewed March 18, 2012

Book at canopy zip-line tour via La Posada hotel. The pick-up time was 9.50am but the driver arrived half an hour late. We were supposed to pick-up another group but they had cancelled so I got to go on the tour by myself. The drive from Manuel Antonio was approx. 1 hour. The company has a nice cottage type of hut on the site where I met the two guides. After a quick review of the safety and instructions we headed out to the zip-lines which start right beside the hut. There are 10 lines in total and as I was by myself it took only approx. 1 hour to complete the tour. It was great to have the two guides to myself and they were really great guys who made the tour fun. They also took great pictures throughout the tour. The lines themselves were good but nothing extraordinary. Probably not the fastest and longest but still enough to get the full experience. Zip-lining upside down was exhilarating! Tour finished back at the huts and a great lunch was served. Pick-up arrived on time and took to a waterfall 5 mins down the road for swimming. Nice secluded small pond with a cascading fall. All in all the whole package took approx. 4 hours. Can recommend especially if you get a small group. I understood that usually there are approx. 4 – 6 people in groups.
