We arrived at 11:30 and were informed that we couldn't order lunch until noon, as the lunch cook had not yet arrived. So we ordered breakfast. I had a smoothie that was very good, and we both had the "Todo el Mundo" breakfast plate. And that it was. Scrambled tofu, toast, sliced tomatoes and avocado, rice and peanut butter. As with the scrambled tofu I had at El Sano Banano, this, too, was runny. Maybe they can't get firm tofu in Costa Rica. I'm glad they're here, though, serving good vegan food.
