Wound up here by mistake but it was a good time.
If you're American, you may be a bit put-off by the exterior, but get past it very quickly. It's very low-key and has a local feel -- not gussied up, but hardly a dive. Service was excellent with people helping us through the menu, incredible value, and really good food. When we had trouble choosing a dessert, we were given both but not charged for the second. Don't expect fluent English from the entire staff, but we laughed a lot and got around just fine. It was pouring rain when we were there, but our waitress made it up and down with our food in excellent time, and made sure we had snacks and water.
Really loved it, would go back in a minute and it was a wonderful alternative to hotel food in quality, variety, and price.
