Starting with the farm fresh meal of tilapia raised in the ponds on the ranch and vegetables picked from the garden, we enjoyed our meal overlook the lovely stream in the restaurant area. The farm itself is an excellent example of nothing going to waste and we became "students" as we learned about the biogas that fuels the farms and the making of sugar cane juice. A great visit!
