“Take à way”

OK, the food is good value for money, but rated as restaurant  no 1 ??
It is a take a way restaurant with a few chairs. Good for a quick meal.
Friendly staff.

“Great meal and experience - do not miss!”
Reviewed October 30, 2012

We went to this restaurant based on the excellent Trip Advisor reviews and we were not disappointed! The food is very fresh and we loved the spring rolls and singapore noodles. The spicy chicken was great as well. We also tried the avocado smoothie, and although it sounded risky at first, it turned out to be delicious. The restaurant does most of its business through deliveries, but there are also two tables inside the restaurant and a few more outside when it's not raining. I would really recommend you eat there, because seeing the food being prepared while talking to the owners is a huge part of the experience. Khang and Susan are absolutely delightful people and we really enjoyed our conversation with them. They gave us great tips on other restaurants/businesses in the area as well as activities. Don't miss Ngo if you are in Manuel Antonio!

“Go here!”
Reviewed October 27, 2012

After one too many meals featuring rice and beans we stumbled upon Ngo and were delighted with the food! The boba tea was excellant and the food had a lot of flavor. I wish we had found it on our first day.

Khang and Susan are such a wonderful and welcome addition to Manuel Antonio. They offer friendly service alongside their tasty Asian cuisine. Ngo is a staple on the hill!

“It was a dark and stormy night...”
Reviewed October 10, 2012 via mobile

Literally, it was a dark and stormy night an we were looking for something different, good, and easy to take back to our rental. We surfed TripAdvisor and NGO was at the top of the list. Why not? We were tired and the reviews sounded like what we were looking for... And it was! Great quality food (we took everyone's recommendation on the dumplings, orange chicken, and sweet and spicy chicken and we were not disappointed), friendly owner, and great prices! In talking with one of the co-owners, she mentioned that TripAdvisor has been good to them, sure... I would now challenge her that they first had to come up with some amazing food. TripAdvisor is a free vehicle for us to talk about them. Good, simple, and yummy food! Thanks!!!
