Grilled fish is what we would recommend. There are many other dishes but we were there to sample the sea food. You can watch them cook over an open wood fire. The fish is fresh and tasty. Relax with some of the local Imperial beer.

Table service is confusing, it is essentially seat yourself, but that is not vey clear when one walks in. Similar to other reports on Trip Advisor we waited at entrance before being directed by a staff who seemed to finally notice a large crowd gathering at the entrance. Waiter seemed overwhelmed as several groups came in at the same time. That being said, once we did get served the pizza was good. Wood fired and prepared out in the open. Atmosphere and service was not as good as sister restaurant El Avion, but food was far better. Overall my general feeling is that this chain needs some work on their overall delivery as the are many better restaurants in the area that seem to be going out of their way to produce a good product.

Best pizza we've had in a long time.. there were some issues that meant we waited in line for close to 30 minutes... luckily the food was great... a definite option for manual antonio

The ambiance was nice, as was the pizza maker who told us we could pick a table as we turned to leave, after standing there un-greeted for 5 minutes; that should have been our first red flag. The pizza maker was the only one friendly and who seemed to hustle. We waited 20 minutes at the table to even be acknowledged, then another 30 to get our drinks, then another 45 to get our food. They only seemed to have one server for the entire building, with what seemed like a busboy helping out here and there. However, what really ticked us off was the table next to us (same size party) was seated, had immediate drinks, and ordered/was served their pizzas before we even got our drinks! They were in and out in half the time, but seemed to be locals and seemed to have preferential treatment (the same was also witnessed at some other places). The pizza maker was the one who questioned our wait, and then the waiter came back and said "you had 4 pizzas?", and we corrected him to 3. They seemed to be searching for the ticket, and once found, the pizza guy made a gesture to my daughter with his fingers to indicate "a little more time" - he was the only one with class. Our waiter never apologized, and I see other writers here were comped a pizza, we were not. The pizzas, though good-tasting, were ultra-thin but not crispy, had very little toppings and were small (about 10") for about $13 USD. We probably should have ordered 1 per person, but ordered 3 for 4 of us. For essentially a personal pizza, I thought the price was too high, or the pizzas too small/not filling. I am surprised to see the owner is American - he should know what service expectations are, and needs to hire more staff (and give the pizza maker a raise - he is the only person who seems to care).

1st there was a line outside, wehre we had to wait, while others just marched in. Then finally seated you wait 25 minutes for a waiter, while some girl with a guitar yells Alanis Morriset songs in you ear. Then the waiter tells you that you can only order pizza, soft drinks and beer, everything else on the menu is unavailable. After the waiters finally figure out which pizza belongs to what table you get your pizza after another 15 minutes, without having prior received beverages or plates. To get napkins, you have to fetch them yourself. One girl in our company asked for the bathroom and she hAd to look for it herself as the person asked did bigger speak English nor Spanish.
