“Victoria's-Italian At Its Best!”
Reviewed August 22, 2013

We went Victoria's for pizza on August 15th. Little did we know how much we would enjoy not just the pizza but everything about this restaurant! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The service was excellent! Mark, the owner, made us feel so special that we decided to eat there again the next night which was our last night in Costa Rica. Our second dining experience at Victoria's was outstanding! The rolls that Victoria's serves are the best garlic rolls that I've ever had in a restaurant. Mark gave us a complimentary sample of the chipotle tuna which was delicious! My husband and I split the shrimp and sausage pasta dish which came with a sauce that you couldn't help but devour every last bit of it! Dessert, Bananas Flambe', was also a winner! This dessert is worth getting just for the table side presentation! We enjoyed this restaurant so much that it is one of many wonderful things that we will miss about Costa Rica! Pura Vida!

“Great experience!”
Reviewed August 15, 2013

We were so pleased to enjoy excellent Italian food in a restaurant with great ambiance and excellent customer service. Our server, Oscar, went above and beyond to ensure our experience was exceptional. The owner Mark stopped by to check on us and we made sure to stop by on our way out to let him know how much we enjoyed our experience.

“Solid Italian food, but CR style sauce”
Reviewed August 11, 2013

We had some great and a not so great dish here. The pizza and shrimp pastas were very, very good, but the pasta and meatballs were way too salty and the sauce was not very good. Both my wife and son couldn't eat it. Fortunately, the pizza appetizer and other dishes were enough to share. The brownie sundae was a great finish though.

“Great pizza, great service, expensive.”
Reviewed August 10, 2013

Our server was really good, especially relating to our 8 year old.
The pizza is large and very good (a large was too much for two adults).

However, it's an expensive place, even if you just order pizza.

Get the banana flambe, and pull out the video camera. It's a fire show.

“Rainy night pizza”
Reviewed August 3, 2013

Victoria's delivered the most delicious pizza right to our house during one of the worst rainstorms I have ever been in! The driver was dressed head to toe in rain gear. . . and the pizza was still HOT and delicious! Loved the chicken and white sauce pizza. . . fantastic thin crust!
