Owner description: Leaving the Pier of Quepos in a 30 ft. boat, we start our journey along the coast of Manuel Antonio which the total duration is approximately 2 h ½! Reaching Biezans beach we will snorkel for 1 hour ½ around volcanic rocks, this beach stands out for a great variety of fish and marine species, afterwards we take a break with fruit and water! The journey continues looking for our second snorkeling site where will see different species, there after we end our adventure.

Not a pleasant experience. Boat is very basic. Operated by two young men but they were casual and careless. At one point the boat was under way at sea and one of them was holding the other's ankle so the first one could try and touch a dolphin. The boat was going quite fast and neither was at the helm.

They put on loud unpleasant music which they obviously liked and were dismissive of requests to turn it down.

The snorkelling was mediocre at best. Frankly I thought it was a waste of money and was glad to get back on shore.

My two gal pals and I signed up for this snorkeling expedition. Because it was not high season yet, we were the only ones on the boat. The whole boat to ourselves is awesome. We went to 2 different sites. Out captain gave us fresh cut pineapple at the 1st site...before you know it, atleast 50 yellow/black fish swam up to me and were pecking at the pineappple right out of my hand. At first, a little scary, but then it just made me laugh watching these fish go at it. The 2nd spot was awesome....Gilberth found a puffer fish and let us hold it, it was really cool to actually hold and pet a puffer fish. He also found a star fish for us to look at and hold. After the 2nd spot, we got on the boat and were able to dive and flip from the top. That was great and made for awesome pics using the flash burst setting on my camera. He plays music on the boat too. And you get pineapple and water as a light snack between the two sites.

The guide was a lot of fun and very knowledgable of Quepos and the Manuel Antonio area. He shared many interesting facts about the people, the culture, and the history of the area. Pineapple was provided for feeding the fish - this was a lot of fun. He snorkeled with us and pointed out starfish, sea urchin, and a variety of other sea life that we would have missed on our own. He took pictures of us with an underwater camera and emailed them to us once we arrived back home. After snorkeling, he cut up fresh pineapple for a snack. He also provided very useful information regarding other tours provided in the area. Later in the day we took the ATV tour - we can't wait to go back and do it all again! Thank you Snorkel Adventure!

Our family rented the boat for the day--snorkeling, and boated to Dominica for surfing and swimming. Good food, snacks and a great sunset. The crew of 3 were friendly and made for an enjoyable trip--highly recommend them!

We went on the catamarran for snorkeling and to see the dolphins. The crew was great! They made sure to talk with everyone to make sure they were having a good time. Made a good effort to see the dolphins for quite a while. The snorkeling was fun - warm water, a little cloudy but some nice fish. They ended it with a delicious dinner and a sunset.
