We wanted to go to this restaurant because we heard a lot of good things about it. We were not disappointed!
We were not staying at the Hotel Gaia but this was not an issue at all.
The quality of the food was excellent. The ceviche was fantastic. For the entree, we had the Mahi Mahi and the tuna. The Mahi Mahi was wonderfully made. The tuna was good too, however the pieces were a bit too large for a sushi-like meal. On the other side, there was not enough vegetables with the fish. A little bit expensive but I think it's worth it.
The staff was very welcoming.
We had a great time.
