We just spent our Spring Break week in Costa Rica and had a great time. The country is full of wonderful people and great family oriented activities. We never met anyone who wasn't smiling and helpful to the "gringo tourists" that we were. Definitely a highlight of the week was our day with Quepoa rafting down the Savegre river. Despite recent low rainfall the rapids were still very entertaining. The guides went way beyond the call of duty in describing everything in the jungle and making the whole experience enlightening and a ton of fun. Many thanks to Ronny, our guide, who steered us through the river and made our day fantastic. I definitely recommend buying the pictures at the end of the trip as they really captured the excitement of the rapids and will be a wonderful memory of our day.
