Absolutely loved this! It is not a zoo, it is a rescue center. The animals are being rehabilitated for release in the wild. Many are released daily and they come back while they make their transition. They depend on visitors for 100% of their funding. Loved having the baby howler monkey walk up my arm and sit on my shoulder. Amazing. Toucans, Owls, Hawks, Sloths, Monkeys, Parrots, Large wild cat that hid in doghouse so I could not see it, information on poisonous snakes and spiders, local deer passing through, and who know what you may see. Had a very friendly and informative guide. Tour was about an hour and 1/2 and wonderful.
