the first day we didn't even see the place, which is a bit set back from the street and neighbouring surfer cafe.. we had a fantastic breakfast on the terrace - great experience!

take the original coffee from costa rica and also the big plate for breakfast. there will be a lot of fruits and homemade bread. try the cinnamon rolls.

On the main street of Cahuita, a great place for brunch. The fruit plate was a cornucopia of delights with everything fresh and sweet – knew it was going to be great when the pineapple was taken from the shelf right after we ordered it. We feasted on a vegetarian tortilla omelet with fresh, finely diced veggies and fresh herbs to set them off perfectly. Yes the emphasis here is on fresh! As we enjoyed our meal, on-site freshly baked bread was seductively on display. This is a locally owned family place where our fabulous waiter multi skilled by also keeping his young daughter from trouble. They have a cute outside porch if you prefer al fresco.
Finally – the coffee was delicious

Excellent breakfast at this restaurant! the omelets are fantastic and you also receive homemade bread, fresh jam, and a variety of fruit that is great! the coffee is served in a big mug and excellent. you will not be disappointed in the quality of the food! we ate breakfast at two other restaurants but this was the BEST!
