We had 7 adults and 2 teenagers. Jade Coast #3 was the perfect accommodations for us. We loved hanging out on the patio and in the pool. There was enough room for everyone to dine in the house or on the deck. The people of Tamarindo were so friendly and accommodating, including the office staff and the maid. We loved the weather, the walks on the beach and the food! We didn't have a car and could walk to almost everything. We hired a taxi for rides to the bigger grocery store. I would not recommend young children because of the pool and anyone that has trouble with stairs might find this house difficult. I would highly recommend a stay here and hope to return someday!

We had such a blast at Jade Coast! Housekeeping kept everything clean daily and our Host Marcelo was very accommodating and Becky who we booked from was great and super easy to deal with! I can't wait to come back!!!! Highly Recommend this place and anything with Blue Water!

Our family of 13 stayed at Jade Coast 3 to bring in the New Year in Tamarindo. The Villa was beautiful and exactly as appeared in the pictures. We loved that it was walking distance to the beach and all the shops! The only thing that is an inconvenience is that the 3 bedroom in the main house (with the bunk beds) did not have a bathroom...our adult children had to walk through our bedroom to access the bathroom and take a shower. The maid did an amazing job and the gardener and security guard were both very pleasant. Blue Waters Property Management was very helpful right from the day of booking to the day of departure. Our large family really enjoyed our stay at Jade Coast 3 and would recommend it!
