We returned to Tamarindo after 9 months only to find several of our favorite restaurants were either no longer in buisness or were under new management. We were somewhat disappointed when we heard our favorite entertainment was no longer at Langosta Beach Club. We were glad to hear that the new music on Friday nights was very good. So good we couldn't get a reservation. So we decided to dine there on a Saturday evening.
One of our favorite servers (Jimmy) waited on us. My husband started with the Tuna Tartar and I had the avocado , mozzarella , and tomato tartar. We were both in our glory has our dishes tasted as good as we remembered them. As we we took it all in we couldn't help but notice how peaceful the evening was. The stars were out, there was a nice breeze.
We shared the Brugere,a fillet stuffed with pest and goat cheese. My favorite entree in Tamarindo.
It was done to perfection! Tender and juicy and all the spices were balanced nothing over powered a particular flavor.
When in Tamarindo we always go to Langosta Beach Club. Highly recommend experiencing dinning there.
