We came for dinner with our two young children; we were quick to order. Luckily, our younger one fell asleep in the stroller which meant an easier dinner to manage. Unfortunately, our order was forgotten and it took us asking our waiter 4 times where our food was for him to finally acknowledge the kitchen had lost the order. Our appetizer came about 40 mns after placing the order, by then our baby was about to wake up. We then rushed to eat the main dishes to keep every one happy. When we received the bill, we expected some break on the guacamole, but it was billed at full cost. When we complained, the waiter said he could not do anything as the lady managing the bills would not allow it. When we talked to her, she said the owner had unexpectedly left that morning and she had no power to take anything off the bill.
The issue wasn't so much that we paid full price, it was that it took much too long to get an acknowledgment and an apology.
I would not recommend eating there.
