We went to Ginger's twice while staying at Playa Hermosa...and I'd go back every night if I could! The owner, Anne, is a delightful Canadian who knows food! Her wonderful staff adds to the experience of fine dining. The filet mignon is my personal favorite. It's a petit filet speared with a sprig of rosemary and covered with a tower of crunchy onion rings. It is melt-in-your mouth tasty! The ahi-tuna dish is also a must-have. ...really, you can't go wrong at Ginger's!
