Kinda funky place with the menu written at door on chalk board. We all enjoyed the food and drink in a fun atmosphere.

We went to RipJack Inn for our wedding reception dinner and we were blown away! Fabulous Ahi salad to the Mahi Mahi entree. Beautiful and delicious wedding cake for dessert. Excellent wait staff that attended to our every need at the drop of a hat. Tabitha did an EXCELLENT job planning not only dinner but out entire wedding day. RipJack ROCKS!!!

To preface we DID not eat there. We walked in at a few minutes before 6 and sat down. We were the only ones in the restaurant so we had the pick of where to sit. Really lovely upstairs atmosphere. We saw that the happy hour was from 5-6. And we ask our server if we had made the happy hour in time. He was pretty sure we had and we ordered 2 margaritas. Then while we looked at the chalkboard to see if anything interested us for dinner, he told us much to his chagrin that we had not made happy hour. And we said that is fine we will still have the drinks. When he returned with our drinks, my iphone said 6:08. Just left a bad taste to us. The meals were all $15 to $20 and we would have stayed and had dinner and a few drinks, but we just didn't like that the owner/bartender/ whoever was so stingy. So we had our drinks and left.

I had breakfast and dinner at RipJack. Overall I really liked the food and the friendly service. The place was clean and welcoming. I had huevos rancheros for breakfast and they were good. No salsa, but otherwise tasty. At dinner I had a grilled steak with mustard sauce with bacon, sauteed potatoes and grilled asparagus. Delicious. You can count on getting good food and friendly service, but I think it is a bit overpriced. I ate at other PG spots for about 60% of what I paid at RipJack and it was just as good.
