Have been to Papagayo twice during the past 3 weeks - enjoyed last night's dinner more than the last, but it has been good both times. Ceviche is very fresh. The fresh catch of the day (red snapper) with La Meuniere sauce was light and flaky with well-seasoned mixed veggies, mashed potatoes and a so-so salad. Another in our group liked the Cajun Feast (a LARGE amount of food) except for the jambalaya. The maitre d' was very attentive and gracious. As others have stated, the restaurant seating is open-air on the second floor, allowing the street scene of Coco's main thoroughfare below to provide a lot of entertainment during the meal.
