I think this is the nicest setting for dining in downtown Coco. Right on the beach, you can feel the ocean breezes blowing and hear the waves. It is nicely decorated, and has cloth tablecloths and napkins. We ate there 3 times, 4 of us having fish filets prepared in various ways, the seafood brochette and the surf and turf brochette. All were perfectly cooked, and come with nicely cooked vegetables and garlic mashed potatoes. Prices are very reasonable. We were always surprised at how low the bill was, because the prices on the menu include the 13% sales tax, unlike other restaurants in Coco.
This restaurant is on the beach just north of Beach Bums and the main street. This is the easiest way to approach it if walking. If driving, you will see a sign at the Coco Mar? resort entrance. Follow the driveway down to the restaurant parking lot. The resort looks somewhat shabby apparently because it will soon be redeveloped by an American company.
