My wife and I live in Coco and on occasion get blessed with tokitcheno much Mahi Mahi to deal with. Recently we were given yet another 2,5 kilos of fresh off the boat. We called some friends to meet us there and join us for dinner Nico the Bar Manager took the fish from me and headed to the kitchen. How do you want it done? We did not know as our friends were not there yet. No Problem let me know when they get here. They Finally show up . The consensus was to let Nico decide and are we glad we did, Grilled,battered,, garlic and butter, Vera Cruz sauce to die for along with a huge salad and some steamed veg for one fuss bucket. The cost for this great meal? 8 bucks including tax and tip Are you kidding me!!! One the the best experiences in my 2 plus years living here. (Yes we left way more tip even if we are CANADIAN)
