Only spent 2 nights here, but the staff helped us plan an itinerary including ziplining and hiking around the volcano (which was amazing). We stayed in a villa, which there are around 15 or so and they look like mini lodges spread out over the property with the hot springs and spa in the back. You definitely have privacy from other villas, but with a family of 4, it was a little tight inside, even with 3 beds since it's really just one large room and a bathroom. The property was beautiful and quaint, and we took advantage of the hot springs whenever we had a break. To get into town was just an $8 cab ride or so, and there was a nice variety of restaurants in the area to check out. The park was great at night too. Oh, and the included breakfast was actually really good! The staff here really cared about making your trip awesome, and they really went out of the way to help us out. We booked a zipline trip for the 4 of us, but 2 of us chickened out at the top (600 feet above ground!) and had to come down, but they helped us get a decent refund at least. Overall, excellent place to relax, just don't try to cram too many people in the villas.
