This is a great hotel especially if you have a family.
Each bungalow is so spacious and well thought out; each has a car spot, ground floor balcony, coffee/tea maker, fridge with an introductory complimentary Coca Cola and water, hair dryer, comfortable bedding (amazing thick pillows), small ironing board, safe, sweet scented moisturisers/shampoo/conditioner/soaps, little bed chocolates and pretty shower area.
They even ask if you’d want your room service twice a day which I’m sure fussy travellers would love. They display their support for corporate social responsibility in your rooms by asking you to please save water/turn off lights if they aren’t in use. I really appreciated that.
With one cold pool on offer, the rest of them range from warm to hot (up to a 40 degree pool) and are very well maintained. You can have snacks like burgers or fajitas and sushi in or by one of the heated pools which was quite fun. Breakfast has a variety of items including omelettes and traditional sweets and savoury items like cheese tortillas and sweet bananas.
The hotel has buggies that take you to and from your rooms as the complex is quite large. Just dial reception and ask for one!
If you would like to head to La Fortuna for lunch or dinner, they taxis will either charge a flat US $10 or put the meter on.
The convenience shop on site is great and is open until 10pm and has souvenirs that are very well priced and snacks.
Overall good service and has everything you need for a lovely holiday.
If you do not like to stay with families and children, then I wouldn’t recommend you stay here.
