Came here 10 minutes before closing(7pm). We didn't realize that sodas are mainly for lunch and close very early. The owners were very nice and welcomed us in so pretty much we had the place all by ourselves. Had the Costa Rican national dish (Chuleta) pork chop with Gallo Pinto and Plantain again. The food was pretty tasty and the place is very clean. The only minus was the rice was dry, probably due to sitting out too long at the end of the day.
Overall, an enjoyable (and very affordable) eatery in a touristy town.
