After hiking the day before and getting quite sore, we wanted a place to relax and after reading the reviews we gave this place a try. It was a $7 taxi ride from town in case you don't have a car. Our hotel booked it for us which was a little cheaper than paying there. I have to say this place exceeded my expectations. I was mostly looking for somewhere without crowds. We went on a Thurday just before lunchtime and we had the entire place to ourselves for hours. It was heaven. Luch in our cabana was delicious, the drinks were reasonably priced, and I love that they had a cool pool that is in the middle of one of the hot ones so our son could swim in that while we soaked in the hot pool next to him. The locker rooms and landscaping were nicer than I was expecting too. Great place!!

Paradise Hot Springs was the our first stop after a long day of traveling. It was a great start to our vacation. Quiet, private and relaxing. Can't beat the price and it is opened until 9:00 p.m. which is great because there is not a lot to do in La Fortuna at night. We had dinner there and was quite the experience. Found many locals visiting the place. That should tell you something.

Small and relaxing hot springs. The bar was really small and there were only three different drink options.

After a full day of hiking, this was definitely the place to end the evening! Reasonably priced, very quiet, and peaceful. The pools were great, the food was delicious and the scenery was awesome.

We visited after a day of canyoning and rappelling so it was nice to relax the muscles. The place seems a bit dated but nice.
