I visited Paradise Hot Springs last week with my girlfriend and the place is amazing!!! There are 3 big hot spring pool and one jacuzzi, it also has one cold water jacuzzi.

The coctels are pretty good and the service is exellent, I strongly recommend you to go there if you would like to have some relax during your visit to La fortuna.

BTW the admission fee is around $25 and they will give a locker and towel

My husband and I went later in the evening around 6, so there were only 4 other group/couples there. It was very nice to have the pools to ourselves most of the time, and it was very relaxing. There were concrete beds in the pools so you can lay down, enjoy the view, and also be in the water! We were laying down watching the lightening that was afar, and there are also changing colour lights in the pool. We opted for the meal after, it's great, you choose the time you want the dinner so it will be ready for the time you choose. It's $12 per meal and its the typical meals they serve. The staff are very friendly and attentive, understanding that we likely wouldn't know the time, one girl came around and told us the time half an hour from our chosen dinner time. So we had enough time to get changed and not rush the evening. The seating area was also very nice and secluded from other tables. Very nice hot springs, would definitely come back again!

We got to Paradise Springs because our hotel offered a nice deal and a free ride to the springs. We were extremely glad we chose that deal. First of all the manager of the place, a young guy, was very nice helpful and knowledgeable. When we arrived the first time to the springs (we visited the springs twice since we liked the experience so much) he gave us a very detailed and fun tour of the territory, told us interesting facts about Arenal volcano, local flora and fauna, and of course the springs. Unfortunately, we had time visit the springs only in the evening, so we could not admire the surroundings in daylight, but in the evening it was perfect and relaxing experience. We also ate at the little cafe, the food was simple but delicious. We found their lemonade to be especially tasty and refreshing. And of course the spring water, the pools, and the jacuzzies were absolutely wonderful. One could only wish to have such place near home so we could go there regularly.

David was exceptionally knowledgeable and gracious host. Gardens were gorgeous and will maintained. The view breathtaking. The best possible way to end the day of driving.

Beautiful facility--clean, manicured, tasty dinner, great value. Probably my favorite aspect was the customer service. The manager, david, picked up where his father left off. He totally gets it--their brand is an outgrowth of how customers feel when they leave. We felt very valued and special. I promise you--you will want to leave a large tip after experiencing this family's hospitality. First rate.
