“Quiet, Relaxing & Great service”
Reviewed January 4, 2013

We had a good relaxing 4 hrs at Paradise spring. David - the manager provided great service - getting us our drinks, customizing the temperature of the natural spring hot-pool and providing a detailed history of how everything works.

Paradise Springs is a smaller property among the bigger properties (Tabacon, Baldi's TheSprings etc.) and we chose it primarily because of that. If you want the party scene, then this is not the place for you.

We got the meal option - and I'd say that was probably the only thing against. The food was freshly prepared (as is everywhere in CR), but I felt it wasnt upto par for the $12 extra charged for the meal option.

“nice and relaxing!”
Reviewed January 4, 2013

Very good and relaxing hot spring. We enjoyed the fact that there was no swim up bar and loud music! The food was excellent and made it a perfect evening.

“Best night in a long time!”
Reviewed December 4, 2012

We were recommended Paradise by a couple we met in Monteverde, whom seemed to have done a lot of research on the various hot springs. Our hotel advised us to go to Baldi, however after speaking to a lot of people it seemed like Baldi was very crowded and on top of that the buffet was bad. So we trusted our instincts and went to Paradise..., and it was absolutely amazing! It is the newest hot springs in town, and was not very well advertised, hence there were hardly any people there! It is very quiet, and romantic, and exceeded my expectations. We eat the chicken with garlic for dinner, which was delicious! The good thing about Paradise is that you can choose what you want to eat! A tip on how to get there and back (if you stay in town) is taking the local bus that goes from the bus station at 5.30. Tell the bus driver to drop you off at Hotel Royal Corin (it is across the road from paradise). The bus will cost you less than 2 dollars. To get back, you need to take a taxi(which Paradise can order for you) which costs roughly 7 dollars. All on all, drop going to Baldi, and head to Paradise, it is well worth the extra 2 dollars!!!!!

“WHAT A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!”
Reviewed November 30, 2012

We visited Paradise today. The grounds and beauty of the pools are certainly a piece of Paradise. The staff were wonderful and David took the time to explain the inner workings of how the springs work. He even changed the temperature of one of the spas to our liking. We had lunch and enjoyed our day. It was well worth the $20.00. We will certainly return.

“Quiet and Priced Right!”
Reviewed November 25, 2012

There are tons of different places in the area to go enjoy the hot springs, and for only $20 per person this one is one of the least expensive. It is beautiful! The views of the volcano are breath taking and it's really quiet so you don't have to deal with tons of people. Stay away from the drinks!! They are horrible and they haven't invested in a bar. All in all a great place to go with the variety of springs and relaxing atmosphere with a wonderful staff!
