“Awesome time!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 15, 2013

We originally booked this thinking it was a zip line tour only but we were pleasantly surprised that the tour included rappelling, jumping, zip lining, a Tarzan swing, and a hanging bridge. The staff was awesome especially Roscoe who went out of his way to help my friend who was scared to zip line. Lunch was also included and was some of the best food we had. The facilities were also very clean and had restrooms, showers, lockers and they even provided towels (make sure to bring your swimsuit and water shoes as you will get wet!). This is the perfect tour for people wanting to experience a little of everything that Costa Rica has to offer. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone traveling to the Arenal area.

We just did this tour last week. I cannot say enough of the first class experience we had! The staff is great. Lunch was excellent. They have clean bathrooms with a shower. Also lockers for your things while your out for the day. i would recommend bringing water shoes or a second pair of dry shoes. We wore our running shoes. It was just overall awesome!

“Get all the excitement in one place”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 31, 2013

They pick you up from your hotel, on time, the staff is great, clean change rooms for before and after. Run a safe and exciting place. I would recomment at least knee length shorts, and some sleeve and all quick drying. YOU will get wet and it's a bit cool in the canyon. Not cold, but cool. Make sure you have good water shoes/sandles/teevas as there is a 800 m hike back out of the canyon and some of the "hiking - used loosely" between activities you'll want some support in your footwear. Also a bathing suit rather than bra/underwear for me would have been a better option. The provide a "paparazzi" who gives good pictures, would ask them to take a couple pics though of the area, not just of the people. We had our own camera for this but most don't .
Lunch was also really good. This is a very exciting trip, lots of fun and these guys who run it fantastic. Rappelling, Tarazan swing, jumping into pools, zip line, scalling, swinging bridge.
Would highly recommend.

“Awesome Adventure”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 21, 2013

My wife and I went on this adventure in October 2012. We had a wonderful time. It was just the two of us, along with the guides. The guides took their time with us while descending down each of the water falls. They were full of knowledge of the wildlife and plants in the rain forest. When hiking back up to the start, they pointed out different birds, monkeys, and other wildlife. The lunch at the end was just amazing. We each got a plate of local "typical" food, which was cooked on a wood fired stove. Both of us cleared our plates, and could have had more. Kudos to the crew that took us on our adventure!!!

“A memorable adventure”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 13, 2013

We did this tour as a last minute decision, recommended by our guide Carlos on the hanging bridges tour. My husband & I had our own private group. Our experience began with a delicious lunch which consisted of a smoothie and chicken, rice & beans. Our guide was Roy and our photographer was Artour. You get a little bit of everything in this tour. You WILL get wet. When you rapell down the canyon, you are not directly under the waterfall, but the guide will swing the rope so that you are directly underneath. They do their best to keep you wet. The only thing I did not like was when we had to jump (about 6 ft) off a rock into a little pool of water -- TWICE! Other than that, it was great. We felt very safe and Roy kept it entertaining. At the end of the tour, you end up in a naturally hot spring, which felt GREAT, considering I was freezing and my teeth were chattering for about an hour. Upon returning to the office, we were served with fresh watermelon and pineapple, which really hit the spot and was a nice touch. We had the opportunity to speak with the owner, Minor, who was extremely nice and gave us an excellent recommendation for dinner in town. This tour is relatively new and not very well advertised. I would recommend it for the experience, because you get a little bit of everything here.
