Ok, so I thought that we'd be looking at nocturnal animals that would be safely displayed behind an enclosure of some sort - Ha! You are walking through the jungle, at night, with a flashlight and the animals are running free just doing what wild animals do. I was pretty frightened by the whole experience! But would do it again if I had the chance. Let's see . . . poisonous dart frog, caimans, that super-cool red eyed tree frog, etc. Kids had a blast. I never left the guide's side - too scared! My tip: Unless you're an experienced photographer, have the guide set up your camera or i-phone for the best pictures. They really know their stuff. And bring a poncho just in case the rain forest lives up to its name.
