we stayed here during part of our g adventures holiday and this has to be one of my favorite locations. set in its own peaceful grounds you are surrounded by wildlife we saw Toucans and monkeys within a few minutes of arriving. our room was large with a double and single bed in it. the beds were comfy, there was air conditioning, a little patio and a huge bathroom with hot water for showering anytime you tried (if you've travelled in costa rica you'll know this isn't always the case.)
The grounds were well cared for, the staff friendly and there was a pool, basketball and other ball game pitches.
The downsides are:
the hotel only offers breakfast and as the hotel is out of town you would need to walk c. 20mins or get a taxi into La Fortuna town centre to get a meal.
Breakfast is ok but not really worth the amount charged
Wifi doesn't seem to work too well unless you are near the reception areaMore
- Free Parking
- Breakfast included
