Alejandro was excellent to work with. We didn't do a tour, we just rented bikes for a few days of riding. He delivered the bikes to our hotel near Arenal, described a couple of good multi-hour routes, and picked up the bikes a few days later. The bikes were well maintained and adjusted, and were delivered with helmets, gloves, spare tubes and bags for the racks. (I appreciated this even more after renting bikes near Islita, bikes which shifted poorly, had brakes that rubbed, and a bent pedal.) The routes were good (and hilly). One thing to be aware of is that the bikes are inexpensive compared to what a serious cyclist in the US would ride. He does have available high-end mt bikes for a higher price, but the basic bikes are low-end (3x8 speed, inexpensive suspension forks, cheap wheels) and are well-used. I wouldn't want to do any serious off-road riding on the standard bikes, but they were fine for your typical mixed dirt road/pavement rides.
