After a week of rice and beans this was a nice change of pace. We were pleasantly surprised with the food and service quality. This is as Italian as it gets for being in Costa Rica. We had soup, garlic bread (complimentary), pizza (fresh ingredients) and fettuccini alfredo (served with ham) - all tasty. The price is average for this touristy town. Met the owner and he was very pleasant and also spoke good English but the other wait staff only spoke Spanish. Happy with our choice and it was nice to have an alternative to the tipico tico food,

Our family of 3 split 2 small pizzas, 1 salad, & desert (brownie & vanilla ice cream .. only thing they have!). Pizza was thin crust and very good and as stated previously, the mango dressing was truly amazing on salad. They serve only red wine (1 kind) and beer ....... everything was good but it was the highest dinner bill we had that week. Best place if you desire pizza.

I am pretty sure we got yanked on our bill two "single serve" pizzas (could have shared one), two calzones, one large personal salad, a salad to be shared at the table, and three drinks cost us $90. This was almost double any of our dinner tabs elsewhere in Costa Rica.

The food was good and well prepared. The mango dressing was killer! The pizza crust was thin and whole wheat. The ham and pineapple was yummy. The calzones contained ricotta cheese.

The pizza and salads are excellent! We also tried the pasta and it was very good too. The brownie with ice cream is a must! The service is excellent- Andrey is great and always welcomed us with a smile and went out of his way to make us feel at home. I highly recommend this restaurant!

We had the "especial" pizza which came with a nice bruschetta. The pizza was done perfectly and the service was quick and attentive.

We will return again when in the area.
