I took eight members of my family, ranging from ages 2 to 83, to the Princesa de la Luna Eco Lodge this summer. The management was extremely accomodating in arranging reasonably comfortable rooms for everyone. We were treated beautifully, and had wonderful breakfasts served to us wherever we wanted to sit and enjoy the view. To minimize having to move so many people, the owner ordered dinner in for us, and also helped in suggesting and arranging activities for the kids. The pool, set in the heart of the jungle was beautiful, and one would be hard pressed to have a better view of the volcano than from the verandah. Yes, it was indeed rustic, but that was precisely the beauty of it.
