It was a lot smaller than I expected, but well worth the one buck admission. Football memorabilia from 1893 was there to include original uniforms, footballs, trophies, photos, etc. Bear Bryant's original houndstooth hat and coat was there. There is a little gift shop as well. It was enjoyable!

If you are in T-Town take time to visit this museum. It is full of information and great old photos. Lots of great exhibits, videos, and trophies, trophies, and trophies!
The entrance fee was $2-bargain!

What a treat this museum is! Complete with all of the memorabilia you would expect about "The Bear", this wonderful display of trophies, uniforms, pictures, artifacts, movies, and sound effects, also includes everything Alabama football since the late 1800's! Former coaches and teams are showcased chronologically in the display cases.
This wonderful collection is most enjoyable and fun to peruse for all diehard Alabama fans as well as for all football fans.
It is amazing to see crystal trophies and championship rings up close and personal.

The title 'Football Capital of the South' used to adorn the outside of Birmingham's Legion Field, affectionately known as the Grey Lady. But now, with 15 national college football championships and two in a row in the modern era, Tuscaloosa gets to claim a part of that title. The Paul W. Bryant Museum is a must for college football fans, no matter who you cheer for on Saturday. It tastefully dedicated to coach Paul 'Bear' Bryant but showcases part of the history of the college football game. Hear Coach Bryant give pep talks, listen to replays of great games, see the college football scene evolve over the years by visiting the Bryant Museum on the University of Alabama campus. A nominal entrance fee is charged.
