“A Must See!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 9, 2013

Attending a Nascar race here is like going to a different country. We took our RV and camped in the infield. These people really do it right. People are here from all over the US, with Talladega Blvd. being the top spot for partying. The Speedway has vendors outside, free showering facilities, RV water fillup and pumping services. But the best thing of all is the people. All the employees are wonderful and friendly. They can't seem to do enough for you. If you love Nascar, this is a must see!

“The Quintessential Speedway Experience”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 29, 2013

Talladega is big. It's fast and it makes for some edge-of-your-seat racing. When it rains it's muddy and the infield is not for the faint of heart on a race weekend night. However, every NASCAR fan needs to put this track on his bucket list. Be prepared to walk, walk, walk and be sure to soak it all in. This is Talladega!

“Fun and fascinating for a non-fan”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 28, 2013 via mobile

We purchased the museum and track tour combo and it was well worth the money. We love cars, especially unique and historical vehicles, and the museum's collection of racing vehicles does not disappoint, from quarter-karts and the Bud rocket to plenty of monte carlos, thunderbirds, and even wrecked race cars (amazing!).

The track itself is worth seeing, especially that 33 degree track pitch and the one mile long stretch of seats. The driver was friendly and full of stories about drivers, the in-field, race day experiences in the pit, and the history of the track. You even get out in the winner's circle for a photo op - so fun!

If you are driving through Alabama, swing over and check out the museum and tour - we're not NASCAR fans and we had a great time!

“A must for Nascar fans”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 28, 2013

This was my fifth visit to Talladega. While I live very close I have not had the opportunity to visit many times. This track, likeeverything Nascar is overpriced but the experience is awesome which lessens the pain of the costs.
If you want to visit book early to get the best seats but there are not any really bad seats.
If you can go, I recommend you make a long trip of it and watch the time trials as well as the "other" races befor ethe big show.
If you are a camper, this is ideal with acres and acres of campgrounds. Book hotels early because they fill up fast.
Great Experience

“Track tour and museum”

A must see if if you aren't hard core NASCAR. Track tour if available is a must see as well. The folks that work both are great!
