I have been to this establishment dozens of times so it's about time to give it a Trip Advisor treatment. Before it moved downstairs, this restaurant was so-so on atmosphere. Now that they occupy a bigger space, it has a great bar atmosphere and allows guests to walk around and mingle. The drinks menu is vast and than make just about anything. The beer selection is good but not great.
But the biggest attraction here is the good menu which includes mostly American fare at a reasonable price. Mixed with a fun and informal atmosphere, this is a winner. I spent many evenings after work here as well as many lunches. They have a weekly lunch menu which is usually served quickly at a reasonable price. They even have Diet Coke as part of this lunch package which many other restaurants do not.
Because of the informal atmosphere, this is also a good place for families and kids. There is plenty of room for the kids to walk around.
The only issue I have is that in the evenings at happy hour the wait staff struggles to keep up with the free drink coupons. Wen challenged, they listen, walk away, and we never get our happy hour drinks. This is not acceptable. The restaurant also seems to believe that people want really loud music in the evening to the point that normal conversation becomes impossible. This is when I leave as do a lot of other people I know. Finally, they don't seem to be able to serve cappuccinos at the proper "hot" temperature. What they should be doing is preheating the cups before pouring in the coffee. But I am sure they do not because the coffee served is always lukewarm. So I started sending it back. But rather than preheating the coffee cup with hot water, they try making coffee three or four times hoping that I eventually say ok. What a waste.
