stayed 5 days for business. Friendly staff, comfortable rooms, nice buffet for breakfast. If I have to be critical in giving improvement areas : the music they play during breakfast was irritating, gave me a headache (especially if you're jetlagged). Second point, in the Azur restaurant you can eat pizza's, italian buffet in friday but overall thought this was rather pricy.

Currently staying here on a Buisness trip from the UK. On arrival I was upgraded to a junior suite which I gave to say really does deliver when you are staying here for work. Having that defined seperate work space pays off.

Connection to the Internet is free, the club lounge is peaceful to work in with company and the staff cannot do enough for you.

Lovely. Highly recommended

Stayed 1 + 4 nights on a busy business trip. Great breakfast variety and good service. Next to midern metro and huge mall. Only complaint that my room in 35th floor (3520) got very noisy when there was a stormy wind at night. Also one of these intl chain hotels that you can easily forget on which continent you are travelling...

It starts with the view from the sky lobby and only gets better. Compact but clean rooms, nice bathrooms with showers with a view and multi-plug wall sockets. Great breakfast and attentive service. At the base of the tower is a shoping complex and subway interchange so perfect for buying some snacks/getting around the city. Great views of the city from up-high.

The room was very spacious rooms, cozy big beds, nice well equipped bathrooms.
Located in the heart of city.
Great bar on the 58th floor, with large view on Shanghai.

Reasonably priced 5star luxury located right at the Zhongsan park metro stop. Rooms are large and comfortable, restaurant is nice and offers an expansive view from the 58th floor. Compared to most other hotels, you won't have to sacrifice fitness when coming on business - within the hotel is a real gym! Frequented by locals who have memberships, you get free access for staying here to real weights (sadly no squat rack), but even a boxing ring!

Room Tip: go non-smoking, for sure!

I stayed here for a week long business trip and wanted to make sure I didn't end up in a mid level dirty Chinese hotel. This place was just the opposite. The service was great. Rooms were large and club breakfast on the 58 th floor was excellent and the onsite restaurants were excellent. I would recommend eating in at the hotel especially if you are worried about eating at restaurants on street level outside of your hotel. The fitness center is difficult to get to and it needs new equipment but it was adequate. I would definitely stay here again.
