Not to offense, this was one of the least satisfied hotel I've ever stayed in.
Location - It calls itself in Jing'an Temple, but actually it is far from where the temple is.
The service - One of my friends would like to stay in the room for a while, but he forgot to bring his passport. I understand that due to hotel policy, it is not allowed to let unregistered guests in. We may discuss this but not to be answered rudely. It's a good thing that staff is proud of where they are working in, but as in service industry, it is more important to satisfy your customers rather than keeping saying how good and standard your hotel is. We need to feel it, not to hear it.
The room - The room is average, very bright, full of white color. But nothing outstanding, just average decoration.
The breakfast - Hotel offers in room dining which is good. But the breakfast was really not satisfied neither. It doesn't fit the price.
The Orange Hotels Group is developing very fast in China, but unlike comments from outside, I don't feel it keeps what they promised to offer the guests. The service needs to be improved.
Unfortunately, I may not consider staying in this brand anymore.
