It's good at all levels, and if you like chinese luxury style as thoes in beijing, u will like here. it's a pity that this plain 'luxury' make normal people like me a little bit... bored. It's not my first time live here but I was still surprised to find even it's with great location (between jing'an temple and shanghai center/plaza 66), the taxi drivers seemed not know it well and i had to explain the entrance of the hotel everytime. also the hotel entrance is not marked with traffic sign, it makes the drivers always miss it and find too difficult to turn back. the room is also great especially i live above 50th floor (it offered a spectacular view, quite different from the bund) but somehow i can still hear the sound noise from the viaduct outside. The service is decent also but anyway since the hotel is connected with a complex estate, i saw weird person some times. The restaurants are ok, but i prefer the breakfast restaurant of pudong shangrila than this one (yes it got a huge dessert display but dessert is only the last part of a meal right?). After all, if it's only for business, i am happy to live there.
