The Bund offers a nice view of Shanghai skyline of Pudong area, on the side of Huangpu river.
We can easily stroll along and there are a lot of restaurants available, as well as photography booth and clean public toilet too.
If prefer, we can also take the bund tunnels to cross the river on an unmanned vehicle besides via ferry.
It’s a good place to visit while in Shanghai as it’s one of its most famous landmark.

Well worth a visit for the skyline view. We went on a Wednesday evening and it was still qquitebusy. Easy walk from the metro station.

Bright colourful lights on impressive tall towers of various shapes, with reflections of them in the water, speckled with colourfully lit boats. Makes sense to come here at night! A Must See in Shanghai.

This place is amazing. Unbelivable reach of color, super in the night. The river is huge, HUGE, the tower is the second tallest of the world.

Walking in the night it’s a really nice experience.

Be aware at the hookers which are a little bit pushy on you but, a straight forward NO it’s more than enough.

This place is a MUst for Shanghai.

The bund is everything that modern China wants to showcase to the world. It's got great views of the Shanghai Tower and other high rises of the Pudong area across the water. And the magnificent 'older' buildings on the city side. Make sure to take a stroll at night - the building illuminations are just fantastic

The Bund is the sophisticated heart of modern Shanghai. You should visit in the evening to see the full effect of the illumunated buildings and the lights across the river and on the boats that go by. A place to promenade (as long as the weather’s nice) and find some fine dining to rival London and New York

Must see in China. Breathtaking views on the river and opposite side of the river. However, you need to accept not to be alone there

Loved the tour of the city with Sophie. The Jewish museum/synagogue was fascinating. The Bund. The Maglev and lunch was a nice taste of China

You can spend an hour or so just walking along the river edge taking pics of this, or in fact, having your pic taken. Get yourself a drink or ice cream to as it can be very warm!
