Definitely an experience you cannot miss. The photos don't do justice to the bund. The night view is amazing. You can walk at the elevated pedestrian walkway and cross the street to be closer to the buildings on the way back.

Georgeous view at night. Lots of energy and lots of people. Occasionally a few too many people to be enjoyed, but we did enjoy the people watching.

this is an amazing place to visit in shanghai. The skyline changes over the years with additional skyscrapers. On one side, there are new modern buildings n on the other, the old buildings. Best to visit during the night due to the lightings on the buildings surrounding the bunds.
A pleasant place to spend couple of hours taking in the shanghai scenery.
A must visit place.

If you are visiting Shanghai view of the Bund is a must. The excellent view gives you a lasting effect of the modern architectural marvels...the skyline is breathtaking and even if you have seen the world you will remember the Bund skyline for sure...a classic fusion of colonial and modern archtecture..its a joy to visit it during the night..if visited during the day you can sip a cup of coffee with loads of friendly people around...

Great to walk along at night with all the city lights and the boats going up and down the river.
Try for a night when they have a firework display as this is spectacular. If you go in winter - wrap up as if you are on a skiing trip!
