Very, very nice view with a great service. It is a expensive place but I think is worth it.

Definitively a place to take somebody if you want to impress.

Thank Pedro G

Great location, amazing terrace and view, right next to the Pearl Tower. A place for drinks with friends, the food is mediocre and rocket high prices.

My partner and I live in Shanghai and have been to this bar before a few times with friends, as well as bringing visitors from back home when they have come out to Shanghai for a holiday.
We have just come back from an evening out with friends tonight and I am incredibly frustrated, as I ordered a champagne cocktail which I could no longer see on the menu, but always used to get and I asked the waitress if they still did it. She said she knew which one I meant so she brought it over and it was exactly the same as what I'd had before, with raspberry puree.
We got an absolute shock when we saw the bill, as I realised that the cost of this drink has more than doubled from 120rmb to 260rmb... I only went a few months ago and they have the absolutely shocking audacity to charge this much for a drink now?!?!?! Seriously?!?!
I still can't quite believe that they think this is an acceptable price for a drink! And one which isn't anything special, it's just a nice drink. The height of this bar has clearly made the manager light-headed and this is just pure and absolute greed to charge so much for something so average.
There are so many other bars in Shanghai that have amazing views and much better drinks and service - I would highly recommend you look elsewhere for an evening drink, as this is as from offering value for money as you can possibly get and they need to get over themselves as soon as possible.
We will certainly not be bringing our visitors here anymore!

Come early for a good view if you are not a hotel guest, because they do not accept reservations. This is the best restaurant view in Shanghai. You will pay for it though. Prices are quite high! Try the chicken Satay. All of the drinks are excellent.

An oasis on a cold night in Shanghai, big fire burning , warm timber finishes with impeccable service. Enjoyed a few samplers of sushi. Summer deck also looks great in amphitheatre style overlooking the Bund with a birds eye view.
