the customer service @ the front desk is appalling a person named "Shadow' the most worst of the lot. I stayed there for 6 nights, 1 white guy was very helpful when I was trying to find my way to the office. one travel travel person was very helpful apart from these two all other were very impolite and didn't know any manners in how to behave with a guest shadow just brushed me aside when I was asking her some query when Qantas crew arrived.
One day b/f location was changed without any intimation bcoz somebody was having a annual party and the items offered in the buffet were severely reduced.
Only one free shuttle to Longyang station, very far from any metro station not very convenient location except that there is shopping mall next to it. Most of them don't speak or understand English well.
When I had asked the reception to ask the duty manager to call back, she never called back. When I asked her why after I called again, she said my reason wasn't very important and she went for dinner huh funnyMore
