In the middle of a bustling back Street off the main road you will see a pink sign with steam from the kitchen. Just go to the cashier, point to the dishes you want abs pay. Then take your ticket to the kitchen window and collect the amazing dumplings.

My other go to breakfast place, Yang's is fantastic! Over the last couple of years, the lady in the front has actually gotten a little more friendly. I come for their fried dumplings, 4 for $1.00 US, and their hot and sour soup. $2.00 US get's you a great, great meal!!!

Okay, I admit I've never had this type of dumpling before so don't have other restaurants to compare it to....but I. LOVE. YANG'S.

You can get 4 dumplings for 6 RMB ($1 in U.S.). We found in our daily visits to Yang's that sometimes a place to sit inside is hard to come by so keep an eye out for where to sit before you order. You can sit with other people so don't be shy about it!

The menu is in all Chinese but the Yang's we were at had a paper menu they pulled out so you could point and order from that. When you order your dumplings they give you a receipt that you take to the dumpling window. There is usually a line but it goes fast. They'll want to know if your order is for there or to take away. You can also order soup. The pork wonton soup is very good and warms you up on a cold day. If you order soup the cashier will give you a number to sit on your table and they'll bring your soup to you once you sit down.

Your saucers for the vinegar and spoons can be found in the back by the soup window. How to eat your dumpling: first, pick your dumpling up with chopsticks and sit it in a spoon. Bite a small window out of the top edge (up high!) of the dumpling and suck out the broth. Once you're down to just the dumpling with the pork inside dip the dumpling into you saucer of vinegar (or spoon some vinegar into it) and enjoy! It will take several bites to finish - don't try to eat it all at once.

I give Yang's five bubbles because it is cheap, filling, super tasty and the multiple locations make it easy to find!

Although hard to eat these dumplings were great and incredibly cheap. The place was always busy with locals which is a good sign. More of a lunch stop then a dinner stop but we'd go again.
