My husband and I took the night market tour with Jamie as our guide. Jamie took us to two night market areas. The first area had many different kinds of seafood. The specialty was crayfish. The second area we sampled several other dishes. My favorite was a lamb noodle soup, yangrow paomain. The flatbread, roujiamo was also fabulous. We ate biangbiang mian, nui roula main and a fruit custard dessert. Jamie was very knowledgeable about Shanghai. This tour lasted over two and a half hours. It was fun being with all the locals and seeing Shanghai at night.
