We stayed here for 4nights. This hotel is located in the suburb area and not in Shanghai district city. It takes 1hour 30minutes to reach the hotel from the airport by taxi. Don't expect anything fancy as it is meant to be a business hotel and we were, after all, on a business trip. To get to the city, you will either have to take the taxi (45minutes ride) or bus (1hour 30minutes ride). There is no subway around the area and it is not a hotel for the tourist.
The hotel provide the basic free necessities and toiletries such as kettle, tea, towels, room slippers, toothbrush, shampoo & body wash. There is also a massage & spa service located on the 2nd floor. Our room were spacious but you can see the carpets have small burnt holes made from cigarettes. Chinese love to smoke so be warn!! We stayed in room 6033. The hotel's restaurant is not open til late so it can get quite inconvenient if you return late from a business meeting with a hungry stomach but not to worry, there are plenty of shops near the hotel but some will close early too. One shop that we went everyday for breakfast was the beef noodle shop located just in front of the hotel. Look out for their green signboard as they serve yummy Ramen noodles and its very cheap!! Front desk staff was able to speak basic English but most staff including the restaurant only speak Mandarin.
