Traditional chinese food with a western twist. We loved the crabcakes and the fried rice! On the roof is a nice coctailbar. The restaurant is a bit brown and dark!

Very dark, cool and slick restaurant and bar. Looks great but the food is equal to an average neighborhood Thai take away. Not at all spicy and poorly presented (it was all brown). Food was almost bland. Service was slow slow slow. We waited almost am hour for our last dish to arrive. When We asked for it to be taken off the bill the waiter argued we didn't give them enough time. Even without this hassle I wouldn't recommend it. Poor quality food. Maybe ok for a drink.

We had trouble finding the place and when we finally got to it, we were surprised to see so many people. The place has 3 floors and all of them were full. There were so many diners!
The place serves Hunnan food which I found out is near Thailand and favors ginger, lemongrass and chili for their cooking. We ordered a lot of food and they were good but too rich for my taste. Interesting though and I'm glad I tried the place.

Lost Heaven is from the part of China with lots of ancient tribes. They have tribal masks on display. And photos of the tribal members in the menu. The mushroom salad starter we had was quite good. But we were not crazy about the free range chicken main course or the tribal curry. It is a bit expensive. But we think it is worthwhile to go to Lost Heaven.

Service in 3rd floor outdoor drinks area was patchy, but this vastly improved when we progressed to the dining area. Food was served swiftly, without issue, and beautifully presented (cod in black bean sauce a real taste highlight!) Very impressed and would definitely recommend!!
