My first time I ate here was like last year for dinner with my friends, then I always come there for the set lunch.. Quite cheap and you'll had bunch of it...

I had the golden rice with rendang beef, which is overcooked and I barely eating since it was too hot for me.. (not spicy, but hot) and it comes with ice tea..

Location is good, service is so-so, taste good too.. Recommended for easy lunch! (last until 5)

This cafe provided us with a huge menu of western foods, we were not adventurous to try places with no English and did not feel like pointing to a picture and hoping for the best! We actually made it our place for diner 5 nights in a row, being in our 60`s, we leave the adventures to younger people. Great service and manageress was terrific.

Im actually quite surprised there has only been one review abt this place.

First visited this place in year 2008. A Shanghainese brought me here knowing I'm in need of some Singaporean food. I like it from the very start.

i visited the place almost everyday I'm in Shanghai, where i spent nearly the whole of 2009 in. I brought 2 non-local friends, and they loved the place too.

It has come to a point whereby when i walk in, they knew exactly what I'd have for a drink before making my order for dinner.

There was once a supervisor by the name of Amy, who left in 2010 who made sure everything was right for everyone of the customers. She had initiative when it comes to serving, and those who have been to Shanghai often, knows its lacking of it anywhere there.

Food ranges from easy western steak to a variety of Asian dishes. Full bar, but all Scotch do not go beyind 12 years old.

This is a very quiet place to spend the evenings after a long, hard day at work. Occasionally, if its not crowded, the staff sits down and talk to you. This is where like minded individuals come, sit down alone for a drink and dinner before going back to the hotel to rest.

They have a very nice painting which will drift your imagination to the Old Shanghai lifestyle which if you are into paintings, will find very interesting, tryin to observe the small details of it.

It opens till 2am everyday.

I'd choose this place over any restaurant anytime in Shanghai.
