The Puli is a bit expensive, but probably worth it especially for business travelers not paying their own bill. The decoration is very nice both in the rooms and the common areas. Tina at the front desk was incredibly competent, and the location is just perfect, right in the middle of Puxi. I recommend the Puli both for a nice place to spend a few hours sipping drinks and a great place to stay in Shanghai.
