I was recently staying on the hotel on 16 Nov. My flight arrives in the morning and I had an early check in. the staff did their best to try and find me a cleaned room (as the hotel was full the previous night).
Meanwhile, the duty manager made the right decision and treated me well (as a loyal guest and member of SPG for more than 10 years). She made a very nice gesture to get the reception staff to invite me to the lounge for breakfast while waiting for my room to be ready.
Kudos to her for making the right call! That shows how the hotel values their customer! A meal is nothing to them (some food will always go to waste anyway)
Overall the stay was great. The hotel was new, nice and clean and all the staff were performing to their best.
