We tried 4 to 5 different Buddhist Vegetarian restaurants during our visit to Shanghai, and I have to admit this is by far the most classy, clean, elegant and has tasty food. Dishes were reasonably priced. Menu has pictures, chinese and English name of dishes. The hot and sour soup was served with a small stove so the soup is always boiling hot. Very nice. All 4 dishes we ordered wer delicious. They even serve you free tea here. I noticed most of the other places you have to purchase your tea. This is my first choice to anybody wanting to try Vegetarian Buddhist food. BTW in terms of location we went to the other location close to Nanjing Road (258 Fengxian Lu). Very pleasant experience.
